Re: Yes, it can be thickened with lithium complex soap to make biodegradable grease with good high-temperature performance.
Q2:What are the requirements for storing PETO?
Re:Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, keeping away from heat sources, open flames and moisture; the recommended storage temperature is below 30℃.
Q3:Why does the color of PETO darken over time and can it still be used?
Re: The molecule contains unsaturated double bonds. Long-term exposure to air and high temperatures will cause slow oxidation, resulting in a darker color. If the acid value and saponification value are still within the standard range after re-testing, it can generally be used; if the acid value exceeds the limit, it is not recommended to be used in high-end formulations.
