PAO free of aromatics, sulfur and nitrogen. Non-greasy, available in multiple viscosity grades, compatible with oils and powders, boosts SPF value and resists rancidity and discoloration.
Hydrogenated polydecene is a high-purity, colorless, odorless, transparent and chemically inert synthetic hydrocarbon with wide viscosity options and good compatibility with other oils. It is stable over a broad pH range, delivers rich, silky skin feel, features excellent oxidation and thermal stability, good powder-dispersing property, anti-wrinkle effect and SPF boosting performance. It is mild and non-irritating, suitable for skincare, sunscreen, color cosmetics and baby care formulations with good cost performance.

Re: It can disperse the sunscreen particles, enhance the uniformity of particle dispersion, help increase the SPF, and at the same time improve the application feel and reduce the appearance of whitening and dryness.
Q2:How to select the type of different viscosity PAO?
Re:Low viscosity (PAO2/4) is refreshing and lightweight, suitable for serums and sunscreens; medium viscosity (PAO6/8) is smooth, suitable for both face creams and makeup; high viscosity is suitable for highly moisturizing and lubricating oil-based formulas.
Q3:What are the correct storage conditions?
Re: Store in a sealed, dark environment at room temperature in a cool place, away from strong oxidants; the shelf life is 24 months. Use it as soon as it is opened to avoid prolonged exposure.
Q4: Could cosmetic-grade and industrial lubricant-grade be mixed?
Re: It is not recommended to mix them. The impurity control, heavy metal, and aromatic hydrocarbon indicators of the two have different standards; cosmetic-grade has compliant INCI data, while industrial-grade does not meet the cosmetics regulations.
Q5: Will PAO react with fragrances or essential oils?
Re:PAO is chemically inert and is highly compatible with most fragrances and plant essential oils. For a few highly reactive unsaturated essential oils, it is recommended to conduct a stability acceleration test before long-term high-temperature storage.
