1. PVC products: films, artificial leather, wires and cables, automotive sealing strips, etc., accounting for up to 60% of the total amount of plasticizers.

FAQ
Q: Could this DOP be used for transparent PVC products?
A: Pt-Co color ≤30 with clear oil. It is available for transparent and light-color PVC films and pellets, but has higher yellowing risk than low-color DOTP.
Q: How to choose between DOP and DOTP for cable compounds?
A: DOP for low-cost domestic cables without strict regulation. DOTP is preferred for high-grade & export cables, thanks to higher volume resistivity and superior long-term aging resistance.
Q: How to store DOP?
A: Keep it sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, away from open flame and heat sources, avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Store separately from oxidants. It has a relatively high flash point and is not highly flammable. Check color regularly for long-term storage and prevent water ingress.
Q: Will DOP affect vulcanization when used in rubber formulations?
A: It has little impact on vulcanization at normal dosage and softens rubber. Excessive addition will reduce tensile strength and prolong vulcanization time.
