Products Application

1. Rubber Industry: Used as a co-vulcanizing agent for specialty rubbers such as EPDM, fluoroelastomers, and chlorinated polyethylene (CPE). It significantly shortens vulcanization time and enhances the product's strength, wear resistance, heat resistance, weatherability, and solvent resistance.
2. Plastics Industry: Used as a cross-linking modifier for various thermoplastics, including PE, PVC, EVA, and PS. It improves the material's heat resistance, mechanical strength, and corrosion resistance.
3. New Energy Industry: Serves as a key cross-linking agent for EVA encapsulation films in photovoltaic modules. High-purity TAIC is a critical material in this sector.
4. Electronics, Electrical, and Optoelectronics Industries: Used in the manufacture of microelectronic circuits, semiconductors, optical fibers, and high-voltage insulation components. It also serves as an intermediate for UV-curable coatings and photoresists.
5. Automotive Industry: Used to manufacture high-performance, oil- and heat-resistant components, such as premium automotive fuel hoses (specifically in fluoroelastomer applications).
6. Coatings and Adhesives: Acts as a cross-linking agent or modifier for UV-curable coatings and adhesives, enhancing coating adhesion and chemical resistance.
7. Other Applications: Also utilized in nuclear power cables, aerospace materials, flame retardant intermediates, cross-linking agents for unsaturated polyester fiberglass (FRP), ion-exchange resin modification, and emerging fields such as 3D printing materials and medical-grade plastics.
