Products Description
THPS is used in aquaculture to improve pond bottom conditions by decomposing organic matter such as uneaten feed and feces, reducing the production of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, and hydrogen sulfide, and alleviating blackening and foul odors in sediments.
It activates the bottom mud, enhances dissolved oxygen levels in the lower layers, broadly suppresses harmful bacteria including Vibrio, and reduces the risk of bacterial diseases in aquatic animals. Additionally, it purifies water, lowers COD, chelates heavy metals, and mitigates their toxicity.
