PVE exhibits excellent film-forming properties, weather resistance, dielectric performance, and compatibility with various materials. It also has good mechanical flexibility and excellent processing performance.

The PVE core is applied in the fields of coatings, adhesives, lubricant additives, cable insulation and copolymer synthesis.

Add primary antioxidants (hindered phenols/aromatic amines) and secondary antioxidants (phosphites/thioesters). If the storage environment involves light, light stabilizers should be added to inhibit light-induced free radical reactions. If metal contact is involved, metal ion passivators should be added to prevent metal ions from catalyzing the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.

The core features, with its low Tg, high flexibility, excellent film-forming property, weak polar bonding property and dual compatibility with water and oil, target the four core dimensions of the paint film's film formation foundation, mechanical toughness, weather resistance / medium resistance, and construction adaptability for targeted improvement. At the same time, it does not damage the original performance of the coating system and is applicable to water-based, solvent-based and UV-curable coatings.
