Products Description
FEP is different from PTFE. It supports extrusion, injection molding, blow-molding and melt processing, and can be efficiently produced into complex products using ordinary plastic equipment.
It has a wide temperature range of -80 to 200 degrees Celsius, excellent chemical inertness, and also features V-0 flame retardancy, weather resistance and anti-aging properties, low friction and non-stick characteristics.
Its dielectric constant is stable at approximately 2.1, and its high-frequency insulation performance is outstanding. The products are semi-transparent and are mainly used in aviation cables and chemical anti-corrosion pipes.

Q: Could we use ordinary solvent to clean FEP surface?
A: Yes. Conventional ketones, alcohols can clean surface dirt without corroding FEP material.
Q: Could FEP be used for outdoor exposed cables?
A: Yes, good UV and ozone resistance, suitable for outdoor exposed cable sheaths.
Q: Could FEP pellets absorb moisture?
A: Low moisture absorption. Drying is generally not required, but avoid long‑term humid storage.
