T405 sulfurized olefin cottonseed oil can adhere to the metal surface to form a strong and durable oil film, possessing excellent extreme pressure anti-wear and friction reduction properties, as well as good oil solubility. It can be compounded with other additives and used to formulate guide rail oil, hydraulic guide rail oil, medium/ heavy load industrial gear oil, and worm gear oil. This product has high viscosity, strong adhesion, thick oil film, and excellent cost performance, and is suitable for metal plastic processing such as stamping and stretching. It can be mixed with stamping oil and stretching oil, and is also widely used in lubricating grease systems.
T405A is specially designed for extreme pressure lubricating grease, with outstanding extreme pressure performance, capable of meeting the requirements of extreme pressure lubricating grease under various working conditions.

Products Application
T405 has excellent oil solubility, extreme pressure anti-wear and friction reduction properties. When combined with other additives, it can be formulated into guide rail oil, hydraulic guide rail oil, medium-load extreme pressure industrial gear oil, heavy-load extreme pressure industrial gear oil and worm gear oil.
T405A is suitable for extreme pressure lubricating grease. Its extreme pressure property is high, which can meet the usage requirements of extreme pressure lubricating grease.
Guide rail oil: 3% - 6%, Hydraulic guide rail oil: 0.5% - 1.5%, Industrial gear oil: 2.5%, Cutting oil: 5% - 6%, Lubricating grease: 2% - 5%
